When correct training is done the body will feel lighter and when walking the feeling was like flying. Nevertheless it increased the speed of the movement and the leg will move as fast as the hand. Leaping like a tiger flying like an eagle, as a proverb Malay saying, like walking on a leaf.

Combination with spiritual at a certain time would be a complete set of application for completing mastering these techniques.
The training take years of perfection which are categories in the art of Tapak Gayong. The secret behind the training if done perfectly and precisely will prepare the practitioners for the advance stage which known as YOI. The agility, the speed, the accuracy in performing the striking techniques are founded in that art of alleviates the body. As for the lovers of Silat Seni Gayong for that purpose I would suggest dig the knowledge without fail and be ancient warrior of the Malay.
